If the product is damaged or soiled, or if you receive a different product than what you ordered, please contact us below within 10 days from the date of delivery.
We will contact you by email or phone using the contact information you provided when placing your order.

When returning the item, please pack the delivery note and the returned item in the original packaging.
Please deliver the product to the delivery company at your expense within 3 days after we inform you about the return/exchange.
After confirming the condition of the returned product, we will issue a store credit equal to the purchase price minus the shipping fee (actual cost) and cash-on-delivery fee paid by us.
Store credit is valid for one year from the date of issue. However, if you issue a new Store Credit with unused Store Credit remaining, the old expiration date for the unused amount will be applied to the newly issued Store Credit.
We cannot return or exchange products purchased using store credit (including cases where store credit was used for a portion of the purchase price), and we cannot refund store credit.
Please note that we cannot respond in the following cases.
