I joined the company as a new graduate. When I was looking for a job, I decided to choose a company based on my desire to work with really good clothes, clothes that I would cherish and cherish for the rest of my life, and that's how I found this company. Through my internship, I learned about clothes that brighten up your daily life and make you feel confident just by wearing them, the attention to detail that went into the design, and the stoic attitude of striving for something better.I definitely want to work here! I decided to join the company. One of the main reasons was that I sympathized with the idea of ​​Essence of YOKO CHAN that was introduced at the company information session, and that it overlapped with my ideal image of a working adult.

We handle e-commerce, production management, and delivery operations. In e-commerce, I am mainly responsible for managing and operating the site, shipping products, and responding to customers.Every day, I am thinking about how to make shopping more pleasant for customers at online shops where it is not possible to meet and talk with customers face-to-face. It's trial and error. In production management, I am responsible for aggregating sales at each store and distributing products to each store so that each store can operate smoothly. The appeal of working at YOKO CHAN is that you can really appreciate your hard work and effort, be surrounded by good people and things, and receive positive stimulation every day.

I was a student who loved clothes, looking at the fashions of people walking around town and checking out collections from Japanese and international brands. I'm a person who likes to explore things that I'm interested in until I'm satisfied with them, and I remember redoing my research in psychology, which I majored in at university, over and over again until I was completely satisfied with it. It was also during my student days that, after working part-time at a luxury brand, my desire to be involved in making clothes that people would cherish for a lifetime became even stronger.

The members I work with are role models for me, and they are also seniors who give me kind and sometimes strict guidance. In 10 years, my goal is to be working side by side with my seniors, and I want to cherish every second of each day.
